Dani has spent the past 18 years involved in the agriculture industry while farming and bringing up a family.

Dani’s previous roles include rural banking, meat exporting and chairing the Northern Beef + Lamb Farmer Council. Dani sits on the Board of Directors for Ballance Agri-Nutrients, and takes an interest in organisations that are helping to support rural people and their communities.

Dani has a high level of empathy for farming businesses, and understands first-hand what is important for individuals, teams and families, including the challenges and opportunities around inter-generational change and succession.
