After starting in Rural Finance in the late '80s, I had ten years on our own farm before returning to Agri Banking, and then moved to Wanaka to start my own consultancy business in 2016. 

Having worked for 35 years in Agri Business, including my own businesses, I understand many of the challenges faced by farming families. I enjoy listening to people and facilitating in group or family situations to establish what people want and then helping them to work through to amazing outcomes.  

Partnering with Rural Coach complements everything I believe in, plus it adds more resources to my knowledge base, enabling me to help rural families and businesses work toward the achievement of their goals.
