I particularly enjoy seeing families understand each other and playing to their strengths individually and as a collective.

My experience is that people and families with clarity about who they are and what they stand for get to have a ‘LEGACY’ the way they intended. They have had the brave "conversations that matter", which can be uncomfortable at times. The strength that comes from sorting this front-end piece is powerful to them and their families for generations.

By understanding the considerable toil and endeavors people have been through, I am able to add value when navigating the next part of their journey.

The opportunity I have as a Partner at Rural Coach will see my energy directed to my passion of “rural families thriving and achieving their dreams” by facilitating discovery conversations that enable rural families to find clarity about their purpose and legacy and how to achieve both.
