We help farmers and rural New Zealand businesses to achieve their dreams
Our strength is in the depth and breadth of our rural expertise and experience, with Rural Coaches located in rural communities throughout New Zealand. As rural New Zealander's ourselves, we understand the opportunities and challenges that you face when it comes to conversations that matter and so we can easily identify with you, and do a mile in your shoes.
To ensure that our practices are relevant, all of our coaching processes and resources have been developed by drawing on real case studies using 'rural' language that resonates. We deliver our coaching in-person and on-line and we're just as happy around a family table with a cup of tea, as we are in a formal training environment with a whiteboard, projector and post-it notes.
Coaching is all about helping people grow both personally and professionally. With this in mind, our services are based on working with you to help you create the best outcomes for your family, farm and/or business.
If you, your farm or your business is stuck in a rut, with conversations not flowing as you'd like, then please take a look at our services below and get in touch. We are here to help!
Want coaching, but not sure how to best describe or capture what's required?
We've put together a checklist outlining those things we hear most often as starters for conversations. Take a look and tick those that apply to you. Once we've received the completed form, one of our team will be in touch to discuss things further.
Rural Coach offers services that are registered with the Management Capability Development Voucher Fund.
Small businesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers. Management Capability Development Vouchers are only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP) Growth Advisors.
Vouchers may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to grow and innovate their business. Find out more by visiting the regional business partners website below.
