Rachel is passionate about working with people and teams to build trust and a safe environment to have the conversations that make a difference.  Rachel is a skilled business coach and loves supporting agribusinesses to develop and evolve their strategy, action plans with clear goals and seeing people achieve this over time.

Rachel comes from a dairying background with over 20 years’ experience and more recently an Equity Partner/Operator of a Poultry Broiler Unit in the Waikato.  Rachel sits on the Waikato Bay of Plenty Chicken Growers Executive and has held previous executive and governance roles with Dairy Women’s Network, Jersey Advantage and Dairy NZ.
