Our goal? To provide the knowledge, tools, and support you need to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a strong network behind you.
Read our Partner in the King Country, Dani Darke's Q+A below.
Who are your typical clients?
Farming families. Mum and Dad looking at succession, or the next generation down looking at growing themselves and their business.
Which Rural Coach services are most popular with your clients?
Succession Planning, Farm Teams & High Performance.
What are the most common challenges you see your clients facing?Thinking about the next stage of life – moving off the farm, or transferring ownership and control. Staff – a very hot topic. How to attract and keep good people.
How do you get the clients’ good ideas out of their heads?
We coach – asking lots of questions. Usually clients will come up with an idea that they find really useful, but It takes someone external prodding and following the breadcrumbs, and asking the questions to get that idea formed and voiced.
What factors do you see commonly preventing clients from achieving their dreams/objective
In our industry – profitability often holds farmers back from investment into the future. Struggling to get ‘out’ of the business as so busy working in it and finding it hard to have the time/discipline of thinking/planning strategically.
What gives you the most joy when working with your clients?
When a plan is formed and people feel a sense of excitement about the future.
